  Our lifestyle comes from how we choose to live, what is important to us and what kind of person we want to be, yet sometimes are actions are not in harmony with what we truly want or the kind of person we want to be.

 The lifestyle we choose directly affects our health and well-being.  Life has a way of bringing stress to our daily  lives that we need to manage.  To bring our actions in harmony with who we are, to live a healthful life and to bring balance  as we journey through life is our goal.

Besides practicing health, I love to research, study and read about health, self-development and motivation.  I love to sing and spend time with family and friends. 

My desire is to help as many as I can, for as long as I can whenever I can!
